What is trainothek®?

The name is deliberately reminiscent of a "media library" – but trainothek® is not just about consumption. trainothek® combines selected content with a clear learning logic so that information can be turned into real confidence in action.

The focus is not on the next individual tool, but on the ability to familiarize oneself independently with new developments: – in a practical manner and with good judgment.

Why a self-learning portal?

Many companies are realizing that it is no longer enough to simply "work through" individual topics. Tools change – and new ones are constantly being added. At the same time, the flood of information is growing, and AI is opening up new possibilities. This makes it all the more important to be able to independently explore new topics, classify sources, and confidently transfer what you have learned into your everyday work. trainothek® supports employees in keeping track of everything and remaining confident in their actions.

A — Prepare

Make it usable for yourself and others: take structured notes, formulate connections, create texts or present results, make it understandable.
